Tony Roma's Braehead is easily accessible by road from the west and central Scotland. Situated at Junction 26 (eastbound) of Glasgow's M8 motorway, junction 25a provides westbound access roads direct to Braehead shopping centre whilst the eastern link road connects the A8 dual carriageway.

The 'Breahead Bullet' is a 20 minute daily route linking Partick Interchange with Braehead Shopping Centre and Xscape. This route will operate non-stop between Partick Interchange and Braehead (first departure from Partick Interchange 0920 Monday-Friday, 0820 Saturday and 0920 Sunday. Last departure from Xscape is 2335 daily).
